How do chiropractors treat headaches?
A. Irritation of the cervical
nerves and blood vessels is the cause of many headaches

Chiropractic research has shown that these irritations
in the neck can actually cause the pain in your head.
Realigning the vertebrae via chiropractic adjustments
can free up blood flow and decompress nerve pressure,
thereby removing the cause of the headache.

and office workers sometimes sit in a slumped posture
at their desks and this posture can be detrimental to
the structures of the neck, causing headache symptoms.
Sitting up straight and keeping the head directly above
