When
dealing with Agent Orange claims, it's best to contact
a lawyer

Q:
Do
you know of any sites or sources for assistance with
Agent Orange claims? I recently completed two years
of treatment for non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. I am currently
in remission; however, I have several thousand dollars
of medical bills not covered by insurance. I am registered
and "qualified" with the VA but I have been
basically stonewalled with requests for assistance with
these bills.
A:
I
have no experience whatsoever with medical claims resulting
from Agent Orange. The only advice I can give would
be to contact a lawyer. I have no idea if there are
any class action suits pending regarding Agent Orange
or what your legal options are. You may also want to
contact your congressman or senator who may be able
to point you in the right direction. I would welcome
any readers to write in with suggestions who have had
similar medical claims' problems due from exposure to
Agent Orange.
